He is an Executive alumni of IIM Bangalore and was previously the CTO of 100+ people software company. He is an expert in BPM and Workflow systems. His core strengths are Strategy & innovation, Leadership, Product design & management.

Naveen Prabhu - CTO

Naveen Prabhu has over 17 years of experience in hands-on Software development. He is a SEI CMMI trained Program management professional and has held positions of Development Manager and Technical Manager for a 120 people software company. He has hands-on experience on .NET technologies and HIPAA compliance systems. His core strengths are Technology Leadership, Project Management, Product Management, Solution Architecture, has a delivery focus and a strong will and perseverance. He is the Head of Research & development wing and Head of Microsoft Center of Excellence.

Shreenatha M Narayana – COO, Engineering and Delivery

With 18 years of experience in different areas of IT industry, Shreenatha Narayana (Shree) has played varied roles in areas of account and engagement management, business development, programme management, offshore development, coaching on offshore transition. Shree has spent 6 years in the US and 10 years in the UK. His core strengths are Engagement Management, Complex Programme Management, Leadership and People Growth.
He has an engineering degree in computer science from SJCE, Mysore.

With more than 10 years of experience in hands-on Operations management, Gangadhar Mani, an IIM Bangalore Executive Alumni is the main financial backbone of the company.
