Project based Fixed Bid engagement
Fixed cost and time projects are usually the fixed bid projects, where the customer is not concerned with how many resources we use to execute the project. The cost and the time assigned remain fixed.

Time & material projects
T & M model means the customer pays for the project in terms of resources used for the project over a time as deemed fit by the customer. This includes the customer having to pay for the human resources based on the complexity and nature of work.

ODC: Outsourced Development Center
A dedicated team of professionals (account manager, project manager(s), development team, support team) under Quadwave to provide an entire set of development services for one, many, or all of your software projects.

CDC: Captive Development Center
CDC model provides a fully operational, hassle free set up in which we employ resources and provide development environment support and infrastructure. We operate the development center for a pre-defined period of time, after which the center is transferred to you. This helps you to build your own facility offshore without having to go through any entry-level hassles.
